Whom to contact to get access to the Switchboard API?

I keep getting asked by some of my app users for support of the new Bose smarthome devices.
However, it is exceptionally difficult to get access to the information required for this.
Any hints you can give me?

I would also like access to the switchboard api. The reason is that my wife can't stand using the bose remote, so I want to create an alternative volume control.
